Applicant Portal
Employees and applicants have access to a simple and robust enrollment web site where they may elect new benefits or review existing benefits.
Employer Portal
Employers have enhanced access where they may add new employees, terminate employment, or help employees process applications. Employers also have access to standard reports and extracts including payroll deduction files.
TPA's and Brokers
TPAs are able to manage employer groups, configure benefits, load census files, and run a verity of reports and extracts. TPAs are also able to load census and payroll files for easy maintenance of bulk data.
Automate with Carriers
We offer a wide verity of integration options with carriers ranging from industry standard X12 834 to proprietary carrier formats. In addition to standard and carrier specific formats, TPA Assistant also supports out of the box delimited files for extracting demographics, enrollment information, and payroll deduction records.
Protecting PHI
We take security seriously. TPA Assistant protects data by employing multiple layers of protection and encryption including: SSL for user communication encryption, AES 256 field level encryption of PHI and sensitive PDFs, web application firewalls, and multiple known attack vector mitigation methods implemented in the application itself.

TPA Assistant is a secure, cloud based online benefit enrollment package. It is simple to get started with no on-site equipment or support required by clients. The application is deployed in a high-availability environment with all components deployed on primary and backup servers and services.
